EasyConfig is a software and digital service product. Access, licenses, downloads, and hosted features may be delivered immediately after purchase or activation.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests may be reviewed case by case, especially where a technical issue prevents reasonable use of the product and support is unable to resolve it.
Non-refundable situations
Refunds may not be available for misuse, violation of acceptable use rules, server misconfiguration outside EasyConfig control, expired billing periods, or change of mind after significant usage.
Cancellation
